I’d like to use the Avery 8763 mailing labels. Is there a template?

There is a template already in LO. From Writer menu choose File->New->Labels. 8763 (Type drop down list) is under Avery Letter Size (Brand drop down list) with both of these items in lower right area of dialog box.
