I find the default page style leaves too much blank spaces on the top and bottom of each page. Is there a way to adjust the amount of unused blank spaces on each page?

See if toggling the setting for View | Whitespace helps. Or if you want to print with smaller margins, adjust them as needed. See Page
Yes the margins, I’m not greedy smaller is better, at least in this case.
With smaller margins, I can fit more content into each page. Thanks
