I cannot get the Pagination to work. I need to begin the pagination on the second page as page 2.
Simple. First enable the status bar in the View menu if it isn’t visible. In the status bar, Right click on the element Default page style, then select First page from the menu. Navigate to the next page, where you will see Default page style at the bottom. Click (not right click) on it to open the page style dialog box and click on either the Header or Footer tab, dependent on where you want to enter your page numbers. Tick Header on or Footer on. Enter to close. Put the cursor in the header or footer area and Insert - Page Number.
