I create my group schedule in Calc, which allows me to perform automated analysis as I’m making the schedule to ensure everyone works the same amount.
Every month, I export the schedule for the coming month by selecting the cells that comprise that month and exporting them as a PDF, which I then distribute via email. Exporting it as a PDF allows them to easily view it without changing it.
In Calc, when I select the range of cells I want to export, and say export selection, it truncates the selected range at the page break, leaving the last part of the month off the schedule. How can I prevent this?
