I am using LibreOffice version: 5.0.2.2 Build ID: 37b43f919e4de5eeaca9b9755ed688758a8251fe Locale: en-US (en.UTF-8). How do I turn on thumbnail previews when working in a long document in Writer. I saw an answer that referred to “Option” under “Tools” but my version of LibreOffice does not show “Options”.
I think, the fastest you can do is, to use the “Print Preview” (menu file, or enable the icon, or use Ctrl+Shift+O). There you get all the pages in an arrangement and zoom of your choice. If you double-click a page there, then the print preview is closed automatically and the cursor is set to that page. If you only want to have look at other pages, simple close the print preview and your cursor stays where it is.
The “Options” item is the last one in the menu “Tools”. But I think, it does not contain a solution for your request.
