How do I unlock the Find toolbar

I locked the Find & Replace toolbar in a position that I thought I liked but now wish to move it. I am unable to find any handle to right click on to unlock it again. Even resetting the toolbars does not change the locked behavior.

Did you try to do right click again on the toolbar and click “Lock toolbar position” to disable locked toolbar position? and then you just grap toolbar (in the beginning of each toolbar there are three small lines)…
