How insert a shortcut for a specific border as I can in Excel? e.g. to underline several cells.

In Excel I could put a series of different borders on the top bar - e.g. to underline several cells or surround all cells with lines.
In LibreOffice spreadsheet the default is one box for “borders” which I then have to select to use specific borders. How can I add a box for e.g. single underline?
(Yes I no longer use Excel…)
Thanks for any help/tips.

I have added a file showing what I am trying to schieve

Thanks for your help so far.
Please see my added info with attached file showing what I am trying to achieve.

Maybe another user can help you better. Good luck.

In the menu Tools>Customize... you can customize shortcuts and toolbars. I did not find your desired position there.

If you mostly need the same border, e.g. “single underline” you can create a suitable style.

Then all you have to do is mark the cells and double-click the style.
I hope it helps you. I wish you success.

Alternatively, you can also create an AutoFormat template.
