How may I paste a table row to insert below the current row?

I.e. “Paste as rows below” which is unavailable as far as I can see.

I am trying to achieve the effect of the current “Paste as rows above" Paste as Row Above, but below.

Not possible where there is no such row.

So I guess using Insert Row would not be an option.
