In the LO Basic debugger there is a “Watch window” sub-element (to see variable values). If you drag it away with the mouse it changes to a detached separate window.
If that window is closed, how to get it back?

Just close the Basic screen and re-open. Don’t see another method.
I just restart the macro IDE. Close it, and redo Tools>Macros>Edit Macros.
