How set keyboard shortcut to Format > Number:text

I need a keyboard shortcut to make a cell format to text.

Using Menu > Customize > Keyboard > Category: Format …

You get a list of functions that include many Number:[format] options.

But they don’t include Number:Text

Is there a way to do this or is it a bug?

It would be logical indeed that this customization is possible because other formats are available (and have shortcuts). Unfortunately…

Using Tools Customize Keyboard you can assign a style to a shortcut, so… workaround is to create a cell style and apply with the shortcut.
