How to apply conditional formatting based on "formula is"

I have cell range C15:G45 where I want the conditional formatting be applied. I want the row in this range highlighted in red color if the “Saturday” text is matched in the cell B15:B45. But this doesnt work as Saturday is only formatted as DDDD. If i typed SATURDAY works fine, but i want auto dated as this is something related to calendar works. Thanks
