How to auto-open .odt docs when launched

Libreoffice 3.5.6 in Windows 7 doesn’t auto-display newly launched .odt docs if there is one or more of these files already within Libreoffice and it is minimized.

Is there a way to force LibreOffice to display newly launched document rather than keeping them minimized?
