When I search a page in LibreOffice for a word, the results are shown in a box with a faint outline and white interior. It is very hard to pick out the search results. Is there a way to change the background color of the box from white to something else? In another thread, I saw that background color is determined by OS setting. I am using Mac OS Ventura 13.4 and can’t figure out how to make this change. I would be grateful for any assistance you can provide. Thx. JV
Check out the Highlight colour settings, this Apple support page should help, Change Appearance settings on Mac – Apple Support (UK)
Thanks, but it didn’t work.

If it is insufficient contrast then this answer for old style inverse highlighting in LibreOffice might help, Asked Before: Calc ver 7.3.1.3 Highlighted Cell Color - #4 by Villeroy
