Cannot see how to change the print area in Calc. Tried to print out a table with graph. Can’t get it to go landscape. Graph is cut in two.
You need control three bundle of the settings:
- the Print area of the Sheets. You can set different Print area for the Sheets.
- the Page size and orientation of the Page for printing, and for PDF export (for each applied Page styles). You can use different page styles for the Sheets, and you can use different Scaling factor in the different page styles.
- the paper size and orientation of the Printer and the Printing. It depends on the physical size of the used paper what your printer can handle.

To what paper size you print and in what orientation isn’t ruled by the print area in Calc, but by the >Format>Page Style
settings under the tab Page
.
If you want to print from the same document with different orientations or otherwise different Page Styles, you need to create at least one additional named Page Style with the help of the Stylist (F11 by default).
Per single sheet you can only assign one Page Style for all parts of the print areas contained there.
