I’m hitting a brick wall here. I never stay logged into any social media sites on my computer so would like to create an account to log in to Ask LO. The page says:
What in the world are they talking about? There is no signup button that I can see.
What is the best way to communicate website user interface issues to the LO team (easiest for me and the team)?
I agree.
Confusing sign up.
Did not see an independent “create account” button.
Did not want to use FaceBook and have everything connected, especially given the behind-the-scenes cooperation of FB with Homeland Security.
Finally did that by default, then LO required access to contact list!
Obviously, I sold my contacts out cause I wanted my questions answered and couldn’t figure out other ways (went down the list of FAQs, etc.).
I literately don’t know how to create an account for my students! I have a librarian account, but that’s it!

The best way is probably to sign up to the website mailing list (LO website admin page). They will let you know if your concerns require raising a bug or not.
