Please advise me, is it possible to customize the left part of Standard Toolbar so that two long windows – “Default Paragraph” and “Liberations Serif” got shorter? (The purpose is to pack all the tools I need in one line.) Thank you.

you can’t customize the layout of components in toolbars. The only customization possible is a component to show or not to show in a specific toolbar.
