How to disable embeding fonts in pdf output

LO writer:
from file > properties > fonts : i disabled all the options there
but after i export the pdf and i inspect it with a pdf reader like okular or xreader i find that the fonts are embedded.
and even if the fonts are embedded i find that there are some fonts embedded which i did not use in the document. why is this happening? if there is a style with a font i did not use that style: the font will be embedded?

Usually: If you seek help, attach documents for inspection by others. Here the .odt your pdf and a Screenshot of your settings, when creating the pdf would be useful. Also wich version of LO you used on wich OS.
.
Without any informations my first guess would be you created pdf/A wich requires embedding or you completly missed settings for pdf-export (File > Export… )
