Hi’ new to this and so far google have given me only =CELL(“filename”), which does not work on files on remote locations. I need to display filename and last save date in the sheet itself. is this possible without using macro?

Works when translating the function name to my local (CELL → CELLE). This gives me full URL also for files located on NAS. Anyone who has a hint as to getting creation or last modified date int the sheet?

You probably mean: It does not work on remote locations, which are not fully integrated into the file system structure of the operating system. Another reason to discourage use of application integration of remote file services as a replacement of storage device integration into operating systems.
