I want to shew a rectangle picture into a trapezoid.
What kind of picture? Raster or vector graphic? File name extension? It is likely, that the easiest way is to use an image processing application.
What operating system are you using?
To skew the object vertically or horizontally, select the image, choose menu Shape - Rotate (or click a second time on it) and drag one of the side handles.
Tested with LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 (x64); OS: Windows 10.0.
