how to download doc to memory stick

I am trying to download a document input in Libra Office onto a Memory Stick but I keep getting a Microsoft Box come up asking me to sign in to Microsoft I input an email address, a password, then they ask for my Windows PIN but won’t allow me to input it. And around their circle of details I go again and I still can’t input my PIN, and around I go again etc etc.

Why have they got anything to do with my downloading a Libra Office document onto a memory stick. I don’t understand

Just how are you trying to download a document input in Libra Office onto a Memory Stick?

Can you not use File Explorer (assuming you are using Windows) to copy from your computer to the memory stick? This would be the usual way to copy or move data to or from a memory stick.

What do you mean by “input in Libra Office”? Where was the document saved?
From what storage medium/location/cloud do you try to download…
I feel sure, your issue isn’t related to LibO in any specific way.
(And: Abandon all MS shit anyway. Continue with Google then. Don’t take their baits.)

I don’t use OneDrive (privacy, data loss, etc.) but I assume your document is stored on a OneDrive connected folder and Microsoft is asking for authorisation to copy it to an external destination. You probably need to ask for assistance on a Microsoft forum.

It sounds as if MS wants you to log in with a Microsoft User Account rather than your current log in.
