For instance you have put external data in a cell from a website (Sheet → Link to External Data) and selected that it would auto update every 60 seconds and you want to change this and make it auto update every 10 seconds, or change the link. Where is this located in order to edit it?
Also, what key can you press to instantly refresh?
Edit - Links to External Files - select a link - Modify (button) - modify the properties - OK - Close

Use the Navigator/Linked areas. The Navigator is available from the Sidebar or from the Menu or by hitting F5.

You can write a macro for this task:
How can I delete stuff from the F5 list? I have deleted the cells, however the HTML_all, HTML_Tables, HTML_1 etc stuff that I have deleted still shows up on that list.
You can remove the link in the Edit menu.
