I would like a way to auto import certain test data in to a spreadsheet to view, create graphs and apply math formulas. Windows 7 ultimate 64bit LibreOffice 4.15

test are separated by long ===line test type, who ordered, date are between long ===line and long —
If more than 1 test name next is separated by short line–. If there are comments then there is a long —line before the comments and the next long ===line that separates this from the next test type, who ordered, date

This area has type of test who ordered date etc (The date is always extracted from here for all test listed between the top ====line and the next ====line. There may be 1, 2 or more listed)

This area has test name, results, reference range and other info
Result: 36.4 High - will show high or low if abnormal after the numerical number
extract test name: results (high, low or empty) Ref range date from above
If there are more test names listed after then get the same info under the same type who ordered and date then
short line-- separates etc.
Next ===== starts next test type and or date (at least 1 of these will be different)
I would like a way to auto import at least as much as I can to display a spreadsheet time line (Q1 most important ===line separates test type from another test type
test --------------- date X ----- date X reference range
1st test name — result H — result H
2nd test name — result L— result N
3rd test name — result N— result N
Ability to plot graphs of results over time display Red if high black if normal or purple if low. Could have another column next to results to show H for High L for Low and N for normal(empty) reference range could a column at the far right. this specific format just gives an idea of what I would like feel free to change if easier .
Add clinical calculators to auto take specific test results from 2 to 5 test same date and use predetermined math formula to get a result. (This is Q 2 optional to answer and can wait for now)

I realize i am asking a lot with limited knowledge. Don’t have money to pay a programmer. 66 retired on ss but have a lot of time to learn slowly. Had some experience with early excel versions in the mid nineties creating estimating spreadsheets. If anyone has suggestions or links that may help me learn more it would be greatly appreciated.

My question explains the blue button layout for blood lab results shown in the sample . All the information in my sample above the first long ===line is not needed. I describe the limited information i want to extract to add to a spreadsheet and/or data base. Other wise my question would be even much longer.
