How to fill right?

I’m sure this has been asked before… but I cannot find an answer…

[CTRL] + cursor down + [D] fills cell content DOWN

Is it yet possible to execute

[CTRL] + cursor right + [R] to fill cell content RIGHT

Basically the same way as in Excel.
I know it can be done using the menu… but it really is a PITA to do it that way

Now the Ctrl+R and Ctrl+Shift+R hotkeys are used for other commands (Align Right and Redraw). But you can redefine them. The picture shows how to assign the Fill Right command to the Alt+R keys.
