How to fix my toolbar?

I have two issues in my LibreOffice’s toolbar:

1. All drop downs in LibreOffice apps are cut of from the left (I use a Kvantum theme with Manjaro KDE Plasma)
2. I’d like to replace that horrible marine blue color for active elements at the toolbar (see the active button for bolding text), but can’t see the setting under Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Application Colors.

WM Theme: WhiteSur-Sharp
Theme: WhiteSurDark [Plasma]

@Astur: I did try that, but it didn’t work. The marine blue still remains regardless the preinstalled theme setting.
