I get an annoying No DC small notification flashing in white and black under the file and edit tabs. It also appears in other parts Tools → language sub menu.
The dictionary and spell check works perfectly so I have no idea what is this about.
What is it and how can I remove it?
It also appears in the options screwing up the UI but as a visual bug that is erased after scrolling.

If you are using Windows:
If set, try to disable Skia in Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> View -> Category: Graphics Output -> Option: [ ] Use Skia for all rendering and check whether that fixes/mitigates your problem

For the records (according to OPs last comment):
Disable Skia in
Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> View -> Category: Graphics Output -> Option: [ ] Use Skia for all rendering.
Note that it might also be possible to just force Skia software rendering, to avoid this weird problem obviously specific to some NVidia hardware and/or drivers. Also it would be useful to file a bug, mentioning specific hardware and driver version, to allow to mark this combination from attempting using hardware acceleration.
