@LeroyG This alas illustrates the very bad design of the model. Many of the lines could have been replaced by ad-hoc partial page borders. The frame containing numbers can be replaced with line numbering and this guarantees exact alignment of text and numbers. Frames in header and footer are useless and even harmful. One of the tables has no point; tabs would have been a better option.
But a clear specification of the stationery is necessary to propose an alternative.
