How to give a table its own page?

Hey there, I’m writing an academic report and I’m looking for a way to create a “figure page”, where a whole page is dedicated to just figures or a table (or whatever) and text from paragraphs flow over the whole page.

Essentially, is there a way of saying “continue page (2) on page (4), not (3)”?

I’ve tried making a text box that’s anchored to a page and has no text wrapping, but you can’t paste tables or graphs etc into it.

Don’t use a drawing object like a text box.
Click Insert Frame > Frame Interactively and draw it on the page. Frames can contain tables, other frames, etc and text inside can be styled just the same as text outside a frame.
