How to install LO Base in CentOS 7.6-18.10 Workstation

I think LO Base does not come along with CentOS 7.6-1810 Workstation installation. If so, can you please teach me how to install LO Base?

(My office is fully migrating to CentOS. We will have a CentOS data Server and all workstations will be installed CentOS Workstation.)

You’ll need to install a version of LO that does have base. You can’t add it later. So uninstall what you have, then download version from LibreOffice.org and install that. (I don’t use CentOS; I think you need to lookup how to use yum.)
