How to install zotero plugin in Writer?

I am using LO 24.2 and Zotero SNAP 6.0.30. Writer does not show the Zotero icons and the extension shows an error:

I have an extension file from other machines (Zotero_OpenOffice_Integration.oxt) but when I try to open it from Writer extension manager, I get another error:

How can I activate the extension?
