LibreOffice or Writer won’t open, pop-up message,
«swriter.exe - Entry Point Not Found | The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll»
- Tried reinstall LibreOffice,
- tried Control Panel > Uninstall a Program > select LibreOffice > Repair,
- copied a api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll (used by Firefox) to Windows\System32
- tried install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017 (64 bit), vc_redist.x64.exe, failed.
→ What to do? Remove LibreOffice, install LibreOffice?
I would prefer identifying the particular fault.
Problem appeared with update to 5.4.3.1 64-bit, from previous x86 versions.
Running Win 7 SP! 64-bit.
