How does one create quarter panels in a regularly sized page, this would mean that you could have set margins and spacing for each quarter panel, such as to make a flyer that once printed would be cut up.

In the Print dialog, there is supposed to be a tab called “Page Layout”, there you can set “Pages per Sheet” to 4.
