How to manage / restore Import Dialog (txt, csv) in Calc

Hello,
I try to open a txt file, and i have lost the dialog import where i can decide delimiters.
How to retrieve them?

According to release notes:
“When the checkbox is unchecked, and the dialog is normally not shown, it is possible to show it (once), using a new Edit filter settings checkbox in the File Open dialog”

1. Read the Release Notes.

2. Open LibreOffice.

3. File → Open...

4. Select file type: Text CSV

5. Make sure that the Edit filter settings checkbox is checked:
   

   

6. Select a CSV file, and click Open

7. In the dialog that you were looking for, make sure that Always show on import checkbox is checked:
   

   

8. Click OK
