After a lot of struggle - and I KNOW HOW TO MOVE STUFF - I found out why I could not move rows or columns or a lot of data in Calc: Ensure that no AUTOFILTER is enabled or move will simply not work, you will get that “Not Available” logo when you try. Disable AUTOFILTER and it might solve your problem.
