How to obtain permission to translate and localize LibreOffice

Hello

I downloaded the LibreOffice translation files in PO format from www.weblate.com and I am in the process of working now and will be finishing them soon.
However, it appears that I do not have permission to upload translation files to Weblate.
I wrote to the manager for the translation project many times but got no response.

I feel frustrated.

Please help, what should I do.

Did you register? The message at the top of the overview states: "You need to be signed in to translate, otherwise you can only make suggestions. "
