How to open a .wdb file

I have a .wdb file that I would like to open in LibreOffice. How can I do that? Do I need to convert to an .ods file first?

Are you talking about a Microsoft Works Database file?

If you can open the WDB file in MS Works, it sounds like the best interchange format is DBF (I don’t believe that MS Works can export in the ODS format).
