- I have an ods file with links to all my epubs
- The links open (ctrl click) in Okular
- But I prefer Calbre ebook reader
- So how to tell LibreOffice to open each link not with Okular but with Calibre ??
It is not a LibreOffice function; rather, it’s a function of your operating system. When LibreOffice gets a command to open an URL, it doesn’t do it itself, rather it asks OS to do that using an application registered to handle that kind of resource. So - you need to make sure that your preferred application is registered in your OS as default application for that filetype.
Thank you for quick reply
In fact my OS is Ubuntu, and the help ubuntu advice
«Select the application you want and click Set as default.» is not working
(I never get the Set as default option)
So this is a q. for Ubuntu

Sorry to have troubled you
It’s not a problem; just note the comment by @mariosv. This site’s rules are there to make any question, e.g. this one, to be a helpful resource of information to others who have a similar question. But only following those rules, one of them being “use Answer only to provide a solution to the question, not to provide additional details, or to comment on others’ answers”, such usefulness of questions is achievable, so that anyone looking for the answer would not have to look through “answers” that don’t answer the question. So - following the rules, you make your contribution and make the site a useful place. Thanks!
