How to output space delimited file

Excel has a “save-as” option called .prn which is a space delimited text file. But I don’t see it as an option in Libre Office Calc (v7.04). Is there a way to get such a file out from Calc? I want to prepare some tabular data in Calc but I need to send it to an analysis program that reads a simple ASCII file that expects space delimited fields.

A tab delimited output would also be acceptable. But unfortunately not CSV.

Just use CSV export and in the dialog choose {space} as Field delimiter (or type in a space character).

thanks very much I will try this right now. I also seemed to succeed by copying the data I wanted and pasting it into Notepad++ It appears that the data is coming out with tabs but that is just fine for me.
