When I place a toolbar within the right sidebar it appears there is no way to have it in the same vertical column with the existing sidebar items. There is plenty of vertical space but when ever I drag the toolbar under the 5 default sidebar icons it always snaps back to the side of it needlessly taking horizontal space from the spreadsheet.
You cannot dock a toolbar inside the sidebar.
In that case where do I submit a suggestion for that option to be added to calc?
Unlock the toolbar, right-click on it, at bottom there is ‘Lock toolbar position’
then drag the toolbar where you like.
That doesn’t work to place it under the side bar. If it works for you please post a screenshot of sidebar with any toolbar occupying the same vertical column.

But I think it’s not a simple issue, because there it’s not a toolbar but part of the sidebar.
