How to prevent bullet list style from flattening lists?

I have made two styles, under Text Body. One is a numbered list and one is a bullet list.

The numbered list works as expected, but the bullet list removes all level indents when selected.

They’re modified from the default bullet* and numbering123 styles, and I just can’t see why this behavior would be there. There’s no setting I can spot that differs between these two styles (apart from the bullet graphics).

What did I miss?
