How to print/exp. PDF in Calc w/o showing spreadsheet name but w/ showing how many pages there are?

Hello there. When exporting a spreadsheet to PDF/printing it, it shows the name of the current spreadsheet on top.

I did not find a setting nor a similar question online. How can I completely disable this?
Also how can I change it so that the printed document does show eg. “page1 out of 1” and not only “page 1”?

Select or Remove in the Dialog from the Insert>Header/Footer menu.
