How to re-open initial window?

The initial window that opens when starting LibreOffice shows all recent documents, each with a thumbnail, making it easy to open the one I’m looking for. I would like to be able to reopen this page when I want to open other documents in the same session, but I cannot find a way to do this. Is it possible?

Currently it is only possible by closing all open documents.

You can get the same list of filenames, without the pretty pictures, using File | Recent Documents

or the dropdown list adjacent to the Open File icon
