You are using the packages from OpenSuSE. Packages from OpenSuSE are bundled without Firebird. Switch to the packages from libreoffice.org. You could install this packages with YaST, if you download all packages in a separate folder and set this as a Repository in YaST. Remark: YaST will say it has a security problem, because there is no security key information. But it will work.

Packages of libreoffice will also work with ReportBuilder. Version packed by OpenSuSE will fail to open reports.
