How to remove link file name from a picture in Writer?

I am using LibreOfafice 4.2.7.2 on Ubuntu 14.04
In LibreOffice Writer, it could be assigned a file link for a picture by:
1 ) right-clicking on that picture
2) Selecting “Picture…”
3) Selecting “Picture” tab
4) In bottom section of the tab, there is an edit box name “File name” and it could be assigned a file name for that picture there!

Now, I want to send this documents to someone else wia email and need:

1. To remove this link text (for security reasons, I do not like others know where and in which path I save my image files)
2. Image date (picture) is saved in side my ODT file (embedded in the file). So every one hase file, could open it and see the picture wothout needing to have picture file separately!

In menu Edit item Links…. Select the listed source file and click on button Break Link. That will embed the file.
