Please do not post as community wiki. What is “ewriter”? See guidelines for asking.

Choose menu Format - Character… - Borders tab, and click first Preset (Set No Borders).

It is not Paragraph border, nor Underline.

Tested with LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.

IMHO, user activated text boundaries and formatting marks and is not used to this view of the document. Note that question is almost 3 years old and poster never showed up again.

Is not the text boundaries, the light gray line (“a shadow underline”) below the one-line paragraph.
