Somehow I missed the opportunity to update the name of a new ODB I created.
I can’t find anyway to correct this mistake. Does anyone know how to do this?
Why don’t you rename the file?
If you mean the registered name shown in the data source window, this name usually remains the same, since many documents (mail merge, print labels and others) refer to that name.
If you want to connect a database document to a registered name:
- Tools>Options>Base>Databases
- or from within the data source window: right-click>Registered databases…
Let me guess: File was opened first, so OS will prevent changes to the name.
