How to repair table in base report

Hi. I made this split database years ago and since changing computers and operating system I am now having problems with some of the reports.

If you open the LANdpLAN database you will see that all of the reports starting with “distinct” are not loading the data into the tables.
This is what the report should look like when everything loads properly
I wonder if the problem is that the query names have changed and I do not know how to update them in the report. I have this dialogue but I can not change the name or the value in the field dialogue. I can only change the value in the value dialogue.

Any ideas how to get this report working again?

Hello,

Would guess these were created prior to Oracle Report Builder and may be early LibreOffice or even OpenOffice based. Would suggest creating new reports. Will most likely be faster and easier than trying to fix. Future maintenance will then be easier.
