I’m editing a 3rd-party Excel document containing checkbox controls. I can tick them, but I cannot select or move them. In MS Excel you hold Ctrl and left click to select a control. This doesn’t work in Calc.
Activate the Form Controls toolbar with menu View → Toolbars → Form Controls. Then on the new toolbar toggle the Design Mode icon (second left on bar)
