How to return the borders style that I had?

It changed by itself and I don’t know why it changed

I need the first one

Will be very thankful to someone who teaches

To teach the correct fix, help us to grasp the problem: mention OS name, exact LO version and save format. And your pictures are completely useless: you gave no idea about what they are related to, what element of the document they are supposed to illustrate, …

I am very sorry by my wizard crystal ball is out for maintenance.

Best thing you can do is to attach a sample file.

PS: remove common tag if your problem is a Writer one. common means the same issue occurs in Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math and Base.

Windows 11, docx, latest version (no update)

That’s right - Draw, for example, does not have it

That’s a million dollar question to me how to get back the borders that I had. I got used to them

How could I guess? You didn’t even show full page and picture is blurred. The same image fragment is equally valid for paragraph, table or frame border.

Were your borders intentionally added to print on every page? Or are you asking for the non-printing clues which are only visible on screen (as layout guides)?

Latest update? We don’t know when you last updated. Releases proceed at their own pace on different platforms. Under my Fedora 43, this is today 25.8.2.2-580 Build 2. Tomorrow it may be different.

You save .docx which is not a LO-native format.

With an .odt, I’d have suggested to look at your page style. But DOCX has no page style. Consequently, every time you save, page styles are converted to the closest DOCX equivalent (and converted back when reloading). The roundtrip is not idempotent (meaning, you save a document and reopen it, the structural contents is not the same).

I found a fix

Though it’s strange, but it worked

Could you explain textually what you did? Your documents are difficult to load and they come out blurred.
