How to run a presentation not in full screen mode?

Is there a way to run a presentation (presentation mode) so that it will not be in full screen mode?

Select Slide Show>Slide Show Settings… from the menu.

Adding to @Hrbrgr, while presenting, maybe you want to swap to Sidebar User Interface.
