How to select and delete all images?

Is there a way to avoid doing the “select > delete” process an annoying number of times?

1. You could ease the selection by double-clicking each image in Navigator and the press Delete button.
   
   
   
   Or
2. Quicker, would be to select the entire sheet, press Ctrl+X (Cut) and then click Edit > Paste Special > Paste Special. In the dialogue that opens, under Paste, tick every box except All & Objects, OK.
   • You might remove objects that you want
   • You might not remove images in the background of a cell. In that case see step 1.
